"We have a deed in November 19, 1831 where William and Susanna Johnson sold real estate. The next deed we found is where William and Phebe Johnson sold real estate in May, 1853. There is no mention of any wife on any other deed until 1866 and it is listed as William B. and Sara A. Johnson which I assume is another William Johnson"
